Approval and Minimum Sales
This information is found on the vehicle page next to "Sales Status". The winning bid may have to meet a minimum amount
or be approved by the seller. If the bid has not met the minimum or is on approval, then the seller can accept the bid, reject
the bid, or go into counter bidding. The seller has up to two business days to make these decisions.

In counter bidding the bidder and seller can bargain or negotiate a price through emails until a price is agreed upon or the
deal falls through. The bidder can also stand on his original winning bid price. If the deal falls through, there is the chance that
the seller will run the vehicle through Copart's auction again.
