Bidding Restrictions

We do not bid in Ohio, Alabama, Michigan, Washington state, or Wisconsin.
Know the rules when bidding on vehicles in Canadian yards. Canada has extremely high taxes which may or may
    not be refundable.
We do not bid on "Junk" or "Non-Rebuildable" titles.
If you are going to register a vehicle outside of California, you should not bid on a California "Acquisition" only Bill of Sale.
Many states, except California, do not recognize this Bill of Sale. Same is true with a Washington Bill of Sale. You will never
receive a title to show ownership if you are in another state.

For an explanation of the title type, you can hover your mouse over the "Title Type" on the vehicle page. In California, there
are Copart listed title types that will allow clean titles purchased through a dealer's license with all others being Salvage or
Acquisition. If you are bidding on these title types through A&A, you will receive a clean title.
