You will be agreeing to the following disclosures including those in the Terms and Conditions when you register with A&A.
You will also be agreeing to Copart's Terms and Conditions which have many disclosures.

In the registration page you will be agreeing to the following-

A&A Truckee Tahoe is providing the following disclaimers not only for our legal protection, but also to inform  bidders of the
high risks involved with purchasing a vehicle through a salvage auction. Salvage auctions operate under different rules and
regulations than  traditional vehicle purchases by dealers and private parties.  
“AS IS WHERE IS” acts as the legal standard, all vehicle disclosures are disclaimed, and sellers are exempt from any liability.

I UNDERSTAND THAT:

  Salvage auctions operate under a different set of rules and regulations compared to dealer or
    private party sales. This venue can be very risky, especially for new and uninformed buyers.
    
  If a vehicle is misrepresented, even by Copart,  AS IS WHERE IS still applies.
                  
  I cannot rely on the description or pictures of vehicles on Copart’s website. Copart does
   not inspect vehicles, and the seller is not liable.  Copart provides vehicle information
   for convenience only and will not guarantee the accuracy of this information.   
               
  I have been strongly advised not to bid on a vehicle without an inspection, and I accept full responsibility
    for the consequences of my decision.

  I am responsible for legally transporting the vehicle from Copart's yard. I cannot drive the vehicle from
    Copart’s yard. I will comply with all state motor vehicle laws.

  A&A cannot guarantee account changes less than 4 hours prior to auction start time.

  Copart may take up to 30 days to deliver the vehicle title. Normal delivery is seven to ten days.

  “Run and Drive Verification” & “Keys Available” are limited designations and are completely disclaimed at the
     time the vehicle is picked up.

   I agree to read, understand, and comply with A&A Truckee Tahoe’s and Copart’s Terms and Conditions.

   If I am a California bidder, I may not dismantle or part-out any vehicle purchased  through A&A.  I will be required
     to pass Smog and/or   Brake & Lamp inspections to register any vehicle in California.

   I agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy with A&A Truckee Tahoe shall be resolved by neutral
     binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association, and agree to waive all rights to litigation.
