A&A's preferred communication is by email. Normal phone hours are weekdays 7am to 2 pm PST. After hours and weekend emails will be answered at A&A's convenience.

How to Register

After you have studied the information on our web page,
and completely understand the program, you can register.
First, highlight/hover over "Register", then click on
"Registration Page" on A&A's home page.
1. Begin by filling out the "Contact Information". Then send
us a copy of your driver's license. The easiest way is to
take a picture with your smart phone and email it to us.
Or you can scan it or fax it to us.  
2. Under "Registration Fees", you will choose a program.

Program Choices
1. The one week, one time, trial program has no registration fee.
You must make a cash deposit at a local Bank of America branch
or send a wire transfer from your own bank. The registration pages
will include account information that you may print and take with you.
You may not use a credit card for the one week program.
This refundable deposit must be a minimum of $400, which will give
you a $4000 bid limit.
Your deposit always represents 10% of your maximum bid limit. A higher amount may be deposited for a higher bid limit. Please call or
email us as soon as you have made the cash deposit so we may issue your bidder number.  This process is not automated like the
one and six month programs, so it is important that you notify us during working hours.

2. The one month program has a $50 non-refundable registration fee. The six month program has a $150 non-refundable registration
fee. Adding the refundable $400 deposit, you will be making either a $450 or $550 credit/debit card payment. You will then
receive your bidder number and password by email if you have registered correctly and sent a copy of your drivers license and
your credit car payment has cleared.

3. You must check the box if you agree to our Terms and Conditions.  Then you must enter the "CAPTCHA" text. Click "Next".

4. In this step you can confirm or edit your details. You will also be agreeing to disclosures which are critical to buying vehicles
from a salvage auction. You must agree/check every box before you can continue registration. For the one week program
click Next. For the one month and six month program fill out the credit card information and click Next.

5. The next pages will differ based on the chosen program.
The page for the one week program will have the bank account information that you will need for the cash deposit. Print this
page.  Make sure  you call or email us after you have made the deposit.

6. The pages for the one month and six month programs will have information on your credit card payment . You should wait
for up to 20 minutes to receive the emails with your bidder number and password. Check you spam folder.
Also,  you may want to add our two email addresses to your "Contacts" or approved folder.

Copart Login
Now that you have your bidder number and password from A&A you can login to Copart's website to start searching and bidding.
. WARNING! If you have previously been on Copart's website with another bidder number on the same internet session,
you must close your browser and then reopen your browser before you can log in properly with this new bidder number
.
Go to Copart's home page, click on "Login", then click on "Member".  In the top box next to "Email/User ID" type in your new bidder number
that you received from A&A. Do not put your email address here. In the bottom box "Password" type in your new password.
Yes, it is case sensitive and should be all small case. Click  "Login".

This page will ask you if you want to go to the new site- always click New Site. Also check the box to always go to the new site. Click Continue

This page asks for your email address. Type in the same email address that you used to register with A&A.

This page will tell you that some emails have been sent to you. Click "Home", and your done!!
You are now logged in and ready to start searching and bidding. You can change your password by clicking on the
My Account/ Account Info button.

If you now need to increase your deposit and bid limit, go to
 Increasing Bid Limit under the Register drop down menu.
