Titles

Title types vary from state to state. The bidder is responsible for knowing all issues related to the title type of the vehicle
they are bidding on. The bidder may contact their state's department of motor vehicles with any concerns or questions.

Copart sends the title to A&A, then A&A reassigns the title to the bidder and sends it by USPS Priority mail with a tracking
number. This tracking number is emailed to you from USPS and will show you when the title has been sent out. Copart
gives itself up to 30 days to deliver the title to A&A. Normally it takes 7-10 days. If you have not received the title within
14 days of picking up the vehicle, you can email Patti at
aacommunicationsforlarry@gmail.com. Ask for the status of the
title and be sure to include your bidder number and description of the vehicle. We will then check with the yard.
Remember any listed title with a (P) next to it means the title will take longer to deliver. Average time is 21 days.

A&A does not allow bidding on junk or non-rebuildable titles. Salvage and clean titles are acceptable.

Note: In rare cases bidders have not wanted to keep the vehicle, and have asked to rerun the vehicle back through
Copart under our dealer consignment.  This is possible only if we have not reassigned the title in the bidders name.
Contact A&A for more information.
